For shipments sent during weeks 17–19, the tracking information on the BRT website incorrectly showed that parcels had been delivered, even though they had not yet reached the recipients. This issue has now been resolved – accurate tracking statuses are already visible on the BRT website.

The updated information will also be reflected in the SPX system within the next few hours.
