We would like to inform you that as of March 9 we have implemented an optimization of part of the SPX network routing. As part of this change, selected shipment volumes that were previously delivered via GLS Poland have been redirected to the UPS network.

This change is part of our continuous network optimization and is intended to ensure more stable delivery times and an overall higher quality of service.

The update applies only to selected shipment flows within the SPX routing. For many customers and destinations the delivery process remains unchanged.

The shipping process and SPX integrations remain unchanged and do not require any action from your side. In most cases, sales platforms and integrations operate automatically, so the change of the last-mile carrier does not require any adjustments.

If your sales platform requires selecting a specific carrier, or if you would like to verify which destinations may be affected in your setup, please contact your SPX account manager who will be happy to assist.
